I am deeply saddened by the series of natural disasters that have been occurring across Japan recently. In particular, there have been frequent instances of damage caused by heavy rains, especially in the Kanto region, Chiba and Kanagawa Prefecture, and I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to all those affected.
I sincerely hope that those affected will be able to return to their peaceful daily lives as soon as possible, and that recovery efforts in the affected areas will proceed as quickly as possible.
