On Sunday, July 26, a joint “Ayu Fishing and Barbecue Event” was held by our group companies. Although the Tokai region had been experiencing intense heat day after day, there was a slight breeze that day, and we were able to enjoy a pleasant time in the shade while fully embracing the summer atmosphere. The children were thrilled to see the ayu swimming energetically right before their eyes. Scenes of them enthusiastically trying their hand at catching ayu and gathering around the barbecue with smiles could be seen all over the venue, making it a memorable day where adults and children alike deepened their bonds across generations. In addition to fostering camaraderie among group companies, the event provided a valuable opportunity for employees from different departments within our company—who rarely interact on a daily basis—to engage in natural conversation and build new connections. Our company regularly hosts these types of internal and group exchange events, placing great importance on creating opportunities to deepen communication among employees. This event allowed us to refresh both our minds and bodies, and this summer, all of our employees will join forces to strive toward creating even better products.
