Today, we successfully held our 50th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. We sincerely thank all shareholders who attended despite your busy schedules. While our core business has been automotive shift levers, we are now also expanding production of switch products, aiming to become a company capable of sustained growth. All our employees will continue striving to meet your expectations, and we kindly ask for your continued support.

This Christmas Eve, whole Christmas cakes were distributed to all employees once again. This will surely blow away the year-end fatigue in an instant.

On Sunday, November 30th, the Shinsei Group held its annual joint company bowling tournament. This regular event warmly welcomes participation from family members and children. Once again, parents and children, as well as coworkers, mingled and enjoyed a fun time filled with smiles. It was lively and fun, with some serious competition too! Everyone gave it their all. On the weekend of September 27th and 28th, we went on our company trip. This year, we headed to the Kansai region! On the first day, we visited the ongoing ‘Osaka Expo’. The venue was bustling with many visitors and filled with tremendous energy. While crowded, we could feel the unique fervor and excitement of the Expo. We enjoyed diverse exhibits and performances gathered from around the world, sharing the joy of international exchange and new discoveries. On the second day, we visited Namba Grand Kagetsu, a symbol of Yoshimoto Kogyo, and spent a time filled with non-stop laughter. Afterwards, we strolled around Dotonbori. It was a delightful time, savoring local Osaka cuisine amidst the lively atmosphere. We fully experienced Osaka’s charm, enjoying laughter, moving moments, and delicious food over these wonderful two days. This experience further strengthened our team bonds. Moving forward, we will continue to take on various challenges as one united team. We extend our sincere gratitude to all the individuals involved who made this trip possible. Over two weeks, on September 11th and September 18th, seminars were held for employees to understand the importance of asset management for their own retirement. The theme of the first session was ‘Continuing Investment Education’, and the theme of the second session was ‘Life Planning Seminar’. Held during lunch break in the cafeteria, many employees showed interest and listened attentively to the instructor’s presentation. While we know we should take these matters seriously, topics like money and retirement often get put off. Having such seminars held within the company was appreciated and provided valuable time.

On Friday, September 5th, our Thailand factory hosted a factory tour for university students. Such requests are rare, and this event was also conducted following a formal letter from the university administration. The participating students were from an excellent national university recognized as one of Thailand’s leading educational institutions. Aiming to observe manufacturing logistics and enhance their individual skills, a total of eight 20-year-old students joined us. The students were extremely enthusiastic, asking numerous questions. Their seriousness and passion were palpable to our employees. By the end, a friendly atmosphere had developed, and we felt it was a mutually rewarding experience. We extend our sincere gratitude to the local students who participated. We are currently accepting inquiries from students in Japan as well.
